a little help...

Hi all, I have a couple questions and I really don't know where else to ask them. The problem is, a good friend of mine thinks she might be pregnant. she's been having unprotected sex many nights in a row and now she's late on her period. She told me today that if she became pregnant, she wouldn't know what to do. The guy she is sleeping with is a schizophrenic/bi-polar/drug addict. He told her once that if he had a kid, he would shoot up heroin infront of him/her.

This scenario scares the crap out of me. There is NO WAY she can keep this child. She just got off heroin herself. She says that she wouldn't want an abortion, but I feel that's really the only choice she would have. The state would take her child away from her in a HEARTBEAT (the father has a criminal record a mile long and has been hospitalized). So abortion is really the only choice she has in this matter, and I truely believe she'll come to realize that if she finds out she's pregnant (which is a 99% of happening).

Anyways, I was just wondering if there were any clinics in the Seattle area that are recommended. She doesn't have health insurance, so how would she go about paying for one? How much do they usually cost? I had my abortion done at a clinic in Eastgate (10 miles east of Seattle), but I didn't pay for it or find out how much it cost.

We're going to get her a pregnancy test tomorrow. I hope for her sake she's not pregnant (highly unlikely), but if she is I want this information ready for her. Thanks in advance! :)
